Why should I choose myleveler.com?
We have very personal customer service, Unlike other companies we do NOT outsource our jobs to a variety of companies scattered around China . All of our jobs are supervised by the same people every time you order. We work hard to play your account.
How do I order a service or gold?
Many level ranges, pvp options and other services can be purchased directly on the website. If there is something you would like to buy but cannot find please contact us and let us know what you need.
Are you open 24 hours a day?
The grinding office is open 24-7, It is unlikely your character will be logged on for 24 hours straight, breaks/shift changes/meals, etc do happen. Plus, after hours of playing sometimes you just need to get up and stretch your legs shift gears and take a break, I am sure we have all been there.
The customer service is running on and off everyday. If you place an order in the middle of the night PST, it won't be processed until about 6-8 am the next morning.
What payment methods do you accept?
Please note that we only accpet Paypal / Visa / MasterCard
(this is the most common and fastest way to pay)
Our buy it now buttons are linked directly to paypal and you can pay with your credit card through paypal.

What is your refund policy?
If an order has not been processed a full refund can be requested. Once your order has been processed and player arrangements are underway full refunds will not be provided, unless there are special circumstances. If gold takes too long to deliver, a full refund will gladly be provided upon request. If your service ends early you may request a partial refund for work not completed, there will be a 30 USD processing fee and the amount charged for spent labor will be our normal rate. For example; if you bought a 1-60 and you decide you want to play at 40 you will be charged full price for a 1-40 plus the 30 USD processing fee. Rep, Rank, Quest etc orders will be charged per day or week instead of the discounted quantity price, plus the processing fee.
Services FAQ 
Do you leave everything you find on the character?
Yes. We will buy upgrades, of course!!.. but we won't ever transfer anything off. So all of the items/gold made will go towards or be left on your character.

Our new BASIC leveling package does not leave everything on your character, but it is cheaper.
What level do I have to be to buy pvp services, rep, etc?
You must be level 60. Except if you purchase daily grinding/pvp/rep then we will do what you would like no matter what level you are.
What will my character have on it when you are done leveling?
We don't run instances.. so that all depends on how lucky we get. No two accounts have ever come back looking the same.. we will buy upgrades from the ah and equip ones we find, but it is impossible to predict what will come available. If you get like a 1-50, or 1-60, you'll get your first mount (certainly for 60). If you are getting a lower level range or going like 35-50, etc.. we'll buy a mount if we have enough gold. Again, BASIC package does not apply.
Can I log into my account while you are playing?
No. Having multiple IP's register on an account is not a good idea. We prefer that you do not log in. Please arrange your services accordingly. If you have raids on Fridays then have us pvp 6 days a week. We schedule players for certain accounts and if suddenly that account becomes unavailable we loose money, if you MUST login and play please be aware that there may be a penalty (extra charge or less work done) to make up for the time wasted.
Can you level or pvp part time?
We can level or do other non-pvp related services part time, under the following conditions: (We do not recommend part time and would prefer full time)
You play for max 3 hours/day
You play for the same block of hours each day. for example 5-10 pm pst.
You are laid back and understand that part time is something we do not like to do, so if we accidentally boot you, you won't freak out hehe.
You understand the risk of having multiple IPs on one account in the same day.
WHEN WE ARE FINISHED: 
Finally, CHANGE YOUR PASS ONCE WE ARE FINISHED. The moment you get back on your account, change your pass first thing.
Do accounts ever get banned?
Using a service, buying gold, etc is contrary to the "essence" of World of Warcraft. So by doing any of these things you are choosing to break the user agreement.
From our experiences this is what we have found.
PvP accounts, rep, quests almost any services being performed on lvl 60s are safe (unless you have a lot of nosey friends who realize it is not you playing and report you, if you have a guild/group like this let them know someone else is going to be playing your account).
Working on older accounts 6 months + are safe.
Leveling from 1-60 on a brand new account is Unsafe.
Credit card subscriptions are better than game cards.
EU accounts are safer than US accounts (I have yet to see/hear of an EU account being banned for anything).
What do you do if my account is banned?
If we have been providing the labor that you requested (meaning we have been doing the job as stated), then spent labor is spent labor. We cannot penalize the work of a player if he has simply been playing and payment will be made for labors compete. The remaining, unspent, labor will be left as a credit for you to use on the site. Partial refunds maybe given (please see refund policy) for incomplete work, but are subject to a processing charge.
